The first time I met Cookie, she was only one year old—thin, lanky, and so scruffy that I even thought she was a little boy. To be honest, I didn't think she was very pretty at first.

But as time passed, she became more and more lovable. She would sleep pressed close against me, wake me up in the morning with her little paws, and insist on going outside like a tiny princess.

To me, Cookie was never just a dog. She was family—the one who grew up with me. We ran together, she waited for me to come home, and she stayed quietly by my side. For a long time, I thought that kind of happiness would last forever.

The day she left, I finally understood how deep a pet's love can go. Losing her was not just saying goodbye to a dog. It was saying goodbye to one of the purest, most loyal forms of love I had ever known.

Loving Heaven was born because of Cookie. I created it to help families keep a gentle and meaningful memory of the pets they have loved and lost—and to give that love a place to remain.

We believe goodbye is not the end of love. It is simply a softer way for love to stay.
